5 GRP Inspectors Transferred in J&K with Immediate Effect
SRINAGAR: The Government Railway Police J&K has ordered the transfer of five Inspectors in the interest of administration with immediate effect.
According to Order No. 108 of 2026 dated February 14, 2026, issued from HQ GRP J&K, the transfers were approved during the PEB meeting held on February 13.

As per the official order:
• Inspector Sanjay Kumar has been transferred from GRP Katra to GRP Kashmir.
• Inspector Amit Singh Andotra has been shifted from GRP Katra to GRP Jammu.
• Inspector Rahul Mahajan has been moved from GRP Kashmir to GRP Jammu.
• Inspector Kamalpreet Singh has been transferred from GRP Kashmir to GRP Jammu.
• Inspector Jaswinder Singh has been shifted from GRP Kashmir to GRP Katra.
The order states that all officers shall be relieved forthwith.
The transfer order has been digitally signed by Vivek Gupta, IPS, Inspector General of Police, GRP J&K, Jammu/Srinagar.
