Research Associate-I

Candidates must have a postgraduate degree in Management, Economics, Commerce or allied fields with at least 60% marks along with a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline. Preference will be given to applicants having research experience and publications in reputed journals such as SCI, SSCI, ABDC or Scopus indexed journals.
The selected candidate will receive a monthly remuneration of ₹58,000 plus HRA.
Field Worker
Two posts are available.
Applicants should possess a postgraduate degree in Management, Economics, Commerce, Social Sciences or allied fields with at least 60% marks. Candidates with prior experience in fieldwork and data collection will be preferred.
The monthly remuneration for this position is ₹24,000 plus HRA.
Project Details
The positions are offered under a research project titled “Impact of Digital Market Inclusion on the Socio-Economic Wellbeing of Underrepresented Handicraft Artisans: A Longitudinal Study.” The project is funded under the ANRF-ARG scheme and will run for a fixed duration.
Tenure of Engagement
The engagement is purely temporary and project-based. It will automatically end upon completion of the project or earlier, depending on the requirements or decision of the Principal Investigator.
For the Research Associate-I post, the initial tenure will be two years, which may be extended further based on performance and project needs.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on shortlisting of applications followed by an interview. The interview may be conducted either online or offline.
Only shortlisted candidates will be informed through email. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
The final selection will be made by the Selection Committee, and its decision will be binding.
