Project Details
The recruitment is under the research project titled “Rehabilitation of Degraded Alpine Grasslands using Ecosystem-based Solutions for Sustaining Ecosystem Services and Ecological Resilience across Western Himalaya”.
The project is sponsored by GBP-NIHE, Almora under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India.
Educational Qualification
Research Associate-I: Ph.D. in Botany
Junior Project Fellow: M.Sc. in Botany with minimum 55% marks or equivalent
Desirable Experience
For Research Associate: Experience in alpine ecology
For JPF: Experience in alpine field survey and sampling
Salary Details
Research Associate-I: ₹58,000 per month + 18% HRA
Junior Project Fellow: ₹24,000 per month + 18% HRA
