Educational Qualifications and Experience
- Chargeman (Electrical):
- 20+ years of experience in electrical line work.
- 10+ years as Chargeman/Supervisor in underground metalliferous mines.
- Electrician ‘A’:
- 20+ years of experience in electrical line work.
- 10+ years as an electrician.
- Electrician ‘B’:
- 20+ years of experience in electrical line work.
- 7+ years as an electrician.
- Mining Mate:
- 20+ years of experience in mining.
- 10+ years as a Mining Mate in underground metalliferous mines.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 63 years (as of the date of the interview).
Statutory Certificates Required
- Chargeman (Electrical): Supervisor Permit for mining installations.
- Electrician ‘A’ & ‘B’: Wireman Permit from the Government Electrical Inspector.
- Mining Mate: Mate Certificate for Metalliferous Mines and First Aid Certificate.
