The reshuffle affects 14 engineers across JPDCL, KPDCL, and JKPTCL in both Jammu and Kashmir regions. Key movements include Sanjeev Rohmetra taking over the Planning Circle in Jammu while also handling ED-III Jammu and continuing as Nodal Officer for the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.

Several engineers have been given additional charges alongside their current roles to ensure smooth operations. The orders were approved by Financial Commissioner (ACS) Shailendra Kumar (IAS) on December 26, 2025, in the interest of administrative efficiency.
