J&K Weather Alert: Rain, Thunderstorm Likely in Kashmir & Jammu Divisions
Srinagar, April 24: The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has issued a nowcast weather update at 9:15 PM, predicting a spell of rain and thundershowers across Jammu and Kashmir.
According to the advisory, many places in the Kashmir Division (KMR) and a few locations in the Jammu Division (JMU) are likely to experience rain accompanied by gusty winds reaching speeds of 40–50 km/h over the next 3 to 4 hours.
The weather department has also issued a precautionary advisory for residents to stay alert during this period.

● Stay indoors as much as possible during strong winds and thunderstorms.
