JAMMU & KASHMIR, October 16: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has officially declared a paid holiday on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, for the Assembly Constituencies of 27-Budgam and 77-Nagrota.

The holiday has been declared to facilitate voting in the upcoming bye-elections, as per the directive from the Election Commission of India.

  3. Penalty for Violation: Any employer who contravenes these orders can be punished with a fine that may extend to five hundred rupees.

The order (No.1355-JK(GAD) of 2025) was issued by M. Raju, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government.
