During the operation, the ACB team caught the Patwari red-handed while accepting ₹20,000 as part of the agreed bribe. The arrest was made in the presence of independent witnesses, and all legal procedures were followed.
After the arrest, a search of the accused’s personal vehicle led to the recovery of over ₹35 lakh in cash, which was seized in the presence of a magistrate. The ACB also conducted searches at his residence to trace any additional evidence or links to other officials.
