Six Injured After Vehicle Overturns in Ganderbal’s Safapora Area
Srinagar, Oct 17: Six people were injured on Friday evening when a passenger vehicle overturned at Daller Morh in the Manasbal area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district, officials said.
According to officials, the ill-fated vehicle (registration number JK01F-1693) was travelling from Ganderbal towards Safapora when the driver reportedly lost control, causing it to turn turtle near Daller Morh.
Soon after the incident, locals and police rushed to the spot and shifted all the injured passengers to the Primary Health Centre (PHC) Safapora for medical attention.
An official told Times of Kashmir that one of the victims, who had sustained serious injuries, was later referred to SKIMS Soura for advanced treatment, while the remaining five were discharged after receiving first aid.
The condition of all the injured persons is said to be stable, the official added.
