About the Project
The recruitment is being conducted for the project titled “Quantification and Assessment of Annual E-Waste Generation in the UT of J&K”. The project is sponsored by the Jammu and Kashmir Pollution Control Committee, Government of Jammu and Kashmir. Eligibility Criteria for SKUAST Kashmir Recruitment 2026
Candidates applying for the Field Assistant post must fulfill the prescribed educational and age requirements as notified by SKUAST Kashmir.
Educational Qualification
Essential Qualification:
M.Tech or M.Sc in any of the following disciplines:
Remote Sensing and GIS
Soil Water Conservation Engineering
Irrigation and Drainage Engineering
Electronics and Communication Engineering
Computer Engineering
Environmental Science
Desirable Qualification and Experience:
Experience in e-waste management and data analysis
Experience in Remote Sensing and GIS
Preferable Qualification:
GATE qualified candidates will be given preference during selection.
Age Limit
Maximum Age: Not more than 40 years as on the last date of application.
Salary Details
Selected candidates under SKUAST Kashmir Recruitment 2026 will receive a fixed consolidated emolument.
Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 30,000 per month (Fixed)
