About the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at the Postgraduate Department of Pediatrics, GMC Srinagar, is accredited by the National Neonatology Forum (NNF) of India as a Level IIIA NICU. The Government Children Hospital, an associated hospital of GMC Srinagar, is a 500-bed facility dedicated exclusively to pediatric care. It houses advanced subspecialties, including:
- Pediatric Cardiology
- Pediatric Gastroenterology

The Division of Neonatology includes:
