J&K Government Posts 16 Newly Appointed Assistant Professors in Computer Applications Across Government Degree Colleges
Srinagar, July 11: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the immediate adjustment and posting of 16 newly appointed Assistant Professors in the discipline of Computer Applications in the Higher Education Department.
The appointments were made through Government Order No. 227-JK (HE) of 2026, issued on July 10, 2026, under File No. HED-GAZ/68/2026-04(7731520). The order assigns faculty members, who were previously awaiting adjustment, to various Government Degree Colleges (GDCs) across Jammu and Kashmir.
