J&K Govt appoints UT-Level Nodal Officer for 8th Pay Commission
J&K, Feb 11: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has appointed the Administrative Secretary, Finance Department, as the Union Territory-Level Nodal Officer for matters related to the 8th Pay Commission. As per Government Order No. 182-JK(GAD) of 2026 dated 11.02.2026, the officer will coordinate and liaise with the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, regarding implementation of the Commission’s recommendations.
