According to the official circular dated 27 October 2025, all Government and Private schools affiliated with JKBOSE must submit their internal assessment marks by or before November 3, 2025. The Board has emphasized strict compliance with submission rules and warned that delays or procedural lapses may invite penalties as per BOSE norms.

Where and How to Submit Internal Assessment Awards

- Use Official Prescribed Formats
Marks for both Class 10 and Class 12 must be recorded on the official downloadable formats available at www.jkbose.nic.in. Separate templates exist for SSE and HSP-II. - Ensure Error-Free and Legible Entries
No cutting, overwriting, or use of whiteners is allowed. Any discrepancy will render the submission invalid. - Mark ‘Absent’ Clearly
If a student is absent, mark them as “Absent” — no roll number column should be left blank. - Proper Signatures and Attestations
Two copies of the internal assessment must be submitted, each duly signed by subject examiners and attested by the Head of Institution (HOI). - Submission Through Sub/Branch Offices Only
JKBOSE will not accept internal assessments through unofficial means like email or courier. - Include Complete Roll Numbers
Each student’s full examination roll number must be clearly mentioned on the records. - Maintain Institutional Record
Every institution must keep a signed, candidate-wise, subject-wise copy of the internal assessment for future verification.
