Reasi, May 2026: has issued an official order regarding the reversion of a teacher from the district cadre in Reasi. The order was released by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Reasi, acting as the District Transfer Committee under the Teacher Transfer Policy.
According to the official notification, a teacher who had earlier been adjusted under a previous government order has now been reverted to the original department district cadre. The decision comes after the department reviewed the matter under the provisions of the existing transfer policy and related government communications.
Officials stated that the concerned teacher had already been informed through a public notice issued earlier this year. The notice was also uploaded on the official website of the Chief Education Officer, Reasi, to ensure transparency and provide an opportunity for any objections or clarification.
As per the order, no objection or response was received from the concerned side within the given time period. Following the completion of the verification and review process, authorities finalized the decision and officially ordered the reversion.
The department further mentioned that the seniority of the teacher will remain protected. However, the teacher will not be entitled to any wages or benefits for the period during which no official work was performed, if applicable under rules.
Meanwhile, the Chief Education Officer, Reasi, has been directed to verify all relevant service and academic documents, including matriculation certificates and category-related records, before implementing the final order.
